For the GPS signal issue, please help to ensure if the drone has been updated to the latest firmware and change another location that is not very close to the previous one. If the issue persists, please provide me with the screenshot of the transmission interface. For the app frozen issue, please your flight records have not been synced and are not be able to sync via the app, please connect the mobile device to the PC, export the flight records folder and other important folders first, then reinstall the latest app. If it doesn't work, may I know which mobile device you are using? I would like to confirm this.
