I lost my drone on 16/03 due to malfuction.
Mailed DJI support on monday the 19th.
Received and e-mail on the 20th to send them additional information and flight data for analysis.
Received comfirmation from DJI on the 21st that it was not pilot error but malfuction with as a result 100% coupon code for new Spark.
Received coupon today the 23th and now i'm axiously waiting to put it back it the air to make some great footage.
