The four part intro video to OSMO PLUS shows the three motor unlocks necessary to perform prior to operation. My new OSMO PLUS arrived completely sealed as normal. When I opened the zippered case, the pan/tilt was NOT locked and the head moved when I picked up the case. Since then I have not been able to actually lock the head as the four part YouTube intro says I should. Is this normal or should I return the camera to B&H for a replacement? Thanks.

For Osmo Plus, only Pan Axis and Roll Axis can be locked, the Pitch axis is unable to be locked. Please check the user manual.May I have the link of the Osmo Mobile+ in YouTube?

Thanks for the video, please note this is the tutorial video about Osmo instead of Osmo+, these two products have different camera and gimbal. Please check the video of Osmo+ in Academy by pressing the three lines on the top right corner of the APP.
