I have a project on my HD with some 600 pictures taken from the build of a building.
Did not have the time yet to edit them.....
Maybe 2020
Same here, no time to edit.
Video and picture direct from the MP, no post production.
Not sure what your are looking for as far as a final result, if just a memory of the build then what you are doing is just fine, the subject would be much more interesting as a final time lapse video comprised of many still frame shots.
If you are close, and that's a big if (as it would not be worth driving more than 5 minutes if you are not being paid) I would put the drone up and take note of the GPS co-ordinates, take a couple of High resolution still shots. Do this every day until completion from the same spot in the air (much easier to do using Litchi), then compile the stills into a video timeline (I use Filmora and/or Photoshop Pro CC) set the frame rate to whatever speed you want the playback and export as one video.
This will give you a video where the ground and the drone does not move and only the daily construction elements will vary. I have done this on demolition videos (like a house) taking a shot every ten minutes (one day job) with good results, just a suggestion, here are your video's sped up by 30X
