This is a short video of my trip to Nothern Thailand. I took my mavic to marvelous landscapes, waterfalls and mountains around Chiang Mai, Doi Inthanon and Pai. In Doi Inthanon is the highest mountain of Thailand I managed to reach 3000 meters above sea level .

I love this footage. Back when editing I was stumbled didn't know how to combine different locations all together. I had this clouds footage almost in every place. So I made transitions literally diving into clouds in one place and coming out in another. And it worked out great!

Pai is a great destination for drone pilot. Pai Canyon is in this footage with high walls and narrow trails. We stayed in a tree house You can see it amoung branches at 2:40

Yesss. The Canyon is 1 of the must visit when you at Pai. Good time to visit is actually August/September period because of the cooling weather. I happen to visit last year on April and I get sick at there cos the weather too... lol

It's true, it could be too hot or raining season. I visited Pai in the end of November and it was just perfect!
Doi Inthanon is also highly recommended to visit. The Himalaya mountains start from here. Massive waterfalls are close to mountain top.

What I like about drone you can come close to waerfall on different levels to observe how water drops from the top

Thank you Marian, I enjoyed as a kid to fly in these clouds. Mavic came back safe but fully wet. It didn't make any harm to the drone.

That is good to hear! It is impressive how capable these machines are.

Thailand is developing very fast. Each year it sets new record of tourists number coming to the country. I hope this changes for the best!
