Hi there, could you please tell me what your PC system type is (Window 32 or 64)?
And I got a new driver for you to try, I'll PM you the link. If you decided to use this driver, please install this driver when the RC is connected to the PC, keep the RC powered on during the installation. After finish, you need to restart the RC. See if it helps.

This is a general driver for Windows system, but still, it is needed to verify if it works with most of the PCs.
If MIX_DP sent you the driver link, please try. And I will send the link again in case you didn't receive it. Please refer to the steps on 51# to install it. Hope it helps.

DJI Thor, I had PMd you a request for the Win10 driver, but found installing the 1.7.0 version of DJI Asst., and then upgrading to 1.2.4 allowed me to connect to the RC.  I can downgrade, update, and/or refresh the RC firmware just fine, but get an error when I attempt to "Restore to Factory Defaults".  Would the new driver fix that issue or is there a problem with the RC?  In any event, I'd like to try the new driver.

Hello All I just purchased a Mavic Air and an unable to get the RC to connect to DJI Assistant 2. I am running Windows 10 64 bit. The AC will connect but not the RC. When connected to my PC, the RC beeps and when checking Device Manager, it says I need to update the driver. I noticed that there was a driver provided by DJI Thor that helped people. Does anyone know where I can find this driver?

I'm in exactly the same position
Rebuilt my PC the other day and used the early version of Assistant to provide the driver, then updated to latest OK
Can see, update, etc. but can't reset, just get 'failed' message
Not been a problem so far but flamin' irritating!

@DJI Here is a radical idea,  why not put the driver in an updated version of DJI Assistant, then everyone who needs it can get it.
