I will also ask for a win10 64bit driver, build new machine and it also got this problem :/

It would be nice if DJI will release a new updated version on the main website, with all these hotfix.
Going thru forums to solve problems on this highly priced products its a bummer.

Hi Koori, I will forward this to the engineers. Sometimes it is because the driver is not mounted correctly. Hopefully, it will be sorted out soon without sending the driver.

My computer has stopped seeing the mavic Air. usb device unrecognised and I can not access the interna hdd footage trapped inside!

Hi Beavis, if the drone is not recognized, please first check if you had downloaded the latest DJI Assistant 2 1.2.4 from the Mavic Air website: https://www.dji.com/mavic-air/info#downloads
If it is the latest version, you can check if the driver is installed properly, here's the tutorial for your reference: https://www.dropbox.com/s/1eawrb ... DJIAssist2.pdf?dl=0
Besides, you can also try to disable the digital signature. If the issue persists, you might need to try another PC for connecting. Hope it helps.

Hi, thanks for sending me that. But you wrote: "take this one but make sure that your RC is connected to PC and switched on during installation". But how could I be sure that my RC is connected to my PC if the problem is exactly that I am NOT able to connect???

Great!!!  Eventually I did it!!! I installed while RC and PC were on and linked by cable, then eventually I could see the RC in Assistant 2!!! Many thanks.

just want to inform, yes it can works now with MA RC,
Now 2 of them (RC and AC) can detect & connect with DJI Assistant.
