If there is not an official update on the Mavic Air and The Remote I will also need Windows 10 64 bit driver.

any chances of sharing a working driver? I cant connect to rc, it keeps beeping. I'm running windows 10

Sure. Link sent via PM. Remember, connect the RC to the PC and keep the RC powering on when installing the driver. Then restart the DJI Assistant 2 and the RC and connect again. See if it helps.

I'd like to try the new DJI simulator but i can't connect my RC on my computer (Win 10 64bits).
It beeps like connecting / disconnecting.

5 months later and we STILL have to beg online for a driver?  This is insane.  Just post the damn thing!

Fixed it. Old drivers were not signed. I installed simulator software and found dji_usb_5512_64_108.exe drivers file after installing everything is fine

Another method :
Follow step 1:

till you do this "Disable driver signature enforcement." when windows restart

1.connect rc to pc..
2. open device manager
3. right click on cdc acm and update driver > point to the old drivers folder
4. a pop up with warning of unsigned drivers will appear.. allow it

Hi Xavier, just to verify, was the RC recognized by the PC when you plugged it in? Please ensure that the RC is powered on and the connecting cable is working properly. If the PC has no reaction when the RC is connected, you may try a different connecting cable or try a different port.
If the RC can be recognized but the simulator has no reaction, please check if the driver of the RC is installed successfully, and see if the DJI Assistant 2 can recognize the RC. I will PM you the tutorial.
Please check if that helps.

Good to hear! And does it still recognise the Air too? If not, just reinstall DJI Assistant and then both will work well.

I was able to get the driver installed, and now under device I do have DJI USB Virtual COM.  However it is still unrecognized in the dji assistant.  I tried to uninstall and install the assistant but no luck.

Connect your RC, Whaouuu, DJI Assistant 2 last release can see now your RC  ;-)

I am sorry to hear this situation, as suggested on the PM, I may think the USB C port on the drone is loosened, could you please also check the port and see if it is damaged?
