Hi

My dji spark is 3 months old with roughly 3 hours of flight on it. Ive had no problems with it thus far until i recetntly noticed vibrating/shaky footage whilst flying as well as on the SD card post flight. I dont think it was the wind because there was moderate breeze and I've flown in worse conditions of which i experienced no problems. All hardware and software are up to date on the drone, remote and DJI Go4 App.

Have you ever dropped it or crashed (even a small crash)? Looks like the gimbal isn’t working properly. I’m guessing one of the dampeners has gone bad or something. Start a support ticket with DJI and the rest will take care of itself

Have you crashed or had it repaired in any way?  it looks like the motor vibrations are transferring to the gimbal, which would indicate something wrong with the bushings perhaps.

No repairs and no crashes (not even a scratch on the drone). How do you suggest i go about to solve the issue?

No crashes, not even a little bump. How does one go about starting a support ticket with Dji? (sorry for this stupid question)

In other posts, people have found gimbal mount screws loose or missing.  So the camera is dangling.  Or you may have grass or a twig caught up in the shock absorbing mount.  Do a search to see where the screws are hidden up behind the camera.

Everything seems to be intact. The shaking/vibrating was very sudden. I had flown it about an hour before the shaking at a different location of which i experienced no problems during the flight. It just suddenly started.

Open a case with DJI. It shouldn’t be doing this.

Yeah, that is what the other guy had.  Seemed good then would buzz.

It happens from time to time, maybe when I have time I can go through my old videos to see if I can find a pattern. I was just surprised to see that it was still happening to other people. If it's a design failure then there's not much I can do.

Yes. I do have too, I only see it as wind problem. That's what I thought.

I thought the same but ive flown in worse conditions and high winds normally cause less compensation from the gimbal ie: tilting the footage. This almost seems like the vibration from the drone flying is causing it lose focus on the images giving that vibrating effect

Come to think of it, you right  Slowly recap my spark do some time cause it own unstable during flight windless as can hear with uneven propeller sound. As it's not always happen i just ignore it
