Hi all, it its essential  to proceed with gyroscope configuration before each and every flight and must i configure  gyroscope  after replacing a battery with fresh battery.

The 'gyroscope' is actually the IMU. And no, it does not need constant calibration, just as the compass does not bneed it either. Leave it alone.

Exactly what gyroscope?
The only gyroscope within the drone i believe that can be modified is the gimbal calibration and adjustment of tilt angle.
Once done should not need doing again unless you notice it not working correctly.
If you are refering to compass calibration then in theory this should only evry need doing once unless you move locations by hundreds of klms ie travel overseas.
If you see a msg asking to calibrate your compass dont do it.
It means your drone is picking up magnetic interference from something like a reinforced concrete slab a wire fence or something buried in the ground.
What you should do is power down the drone and move a short distance away and try again.
If you still get same error then power down again and move further away.
If you calibrate your compass in this area then take off your drone will fly out off the magnetic field and can very easily become disoriented this is a common cause of flyaways.
A friend of mine had this error happen to him in an open paddock on his farm he decided to investigate what the cause was and dug up a ww2 tank.
