I tried using my new Osmo Mobile with an Asus Zenfone 3 smartphone. When I pressed the Record button, I am not able to record video since the Osmo Apps is asking to allow the sound on my smartphone. DJI Go Apps then close! Smartphone is recording video and sound when not hook-up to the Osmo Mobile. Any idea or solution path?

Please double check if you have enabled the Microphone to DJI Go APP in Settings. What is your APP version? Please make sure the APP has been updated to the latest version. Thanks.
