I want an aid for resolve this problem. Every time when i will to fly DjiGo depart regularly...ready to go...and Mavic Pro green light flashing slowly and appear in DjiGo screen NO SIGNAL, no video, no microsd and the gimbal status is N/A. When take off gimbal rotate free. DjiGo version is 4.2.6. Many thanks for your answer.

Try updating to 4.2.8 (latest version) and see if that makes a difference.

There is a microsd inside drone. I verify read and write normally. Thanks

Hi astrofly, so sorry to hear about the issue that you are experiencing. For the firmware of the drone, remote controller and the DJI GO4 app, they were recommended to be updated to the latest one. Be certain the SD card is properly formatted. Try removing it to see if things reconnect.

Sorry if I am misunderstanding the problem.

Have you tried replacing the USB cable that connects your DJI Remote Control to your Smart Device (aka tablet or phone or crystalsky)?
Possibly using a different USB port on DJI Remote Control?
Testing with a different Smart Device?

Hi Diana, thanks for suggest. I try with fly database update and take off normally also one shot but not other for a strong wind. Next day i try more. Thanks.
