Hello , I`m using the Matrice 600 + Ronin mx with a Alexa mini camera. I don't know why the Start/ Stop has not working . I have tried to update all new firmwares (V 1.5) but it still not working .Please help me to setup it.

Sorry to tell that Alexa mini camera is not in our Remote Start/ Stop compatible list, so we cannot promise their compatibility. We recommend you to use Remote Start/Stop with cameras in below list. Thanks for your understanding.

if it is not compatible, then why do they sell it?

The new firmware in release notes  you  tell update  control cable for ARRI mini (Rss-A).
If it is not compatible ,you  shouldn’t  sell it .
