No video on Lightbridge 2 unit ... Very complicated issue

Its all new and there is no error message ... A2 flight controller , Z15-GH4(HD) , Lightbridge 2 , NO VIDEO coming from Lightbridge and control functions aren't working to Lightbridge .. YET control is working to A2 flight controller , the air unit is binded to the ground unit ... Video light is {RED)

Just sent to DJI USA ... all pieces .. they returned them last week under a warrantee repair ... case # CAS - 1579386-B3C3Z3

Problem with lightbridge ground unit .. it was shorted it was new and they sent back a USED unit
