Received with thanks! What's the current OS on your mobile? Please try to uninstall the APP, delete the related files and reinstall the APP to see whether the issue remains. Also, I've reported to our engineers to check the exact status. We'll come back as long as there is an update.
Hello Susan, I am running the Oreo OS for the Note 8, it is the most up to date. Also, I have uninstalled, deleted the related files with no luck.
Again, when I try to log on to DJI GO with my Note 8. It asks for my user and PW. I am able to input this info. Once I hit the sign in button. It then shows the add your verification code. This is where I have all my issues. I am unable to see or am not givin the verification code.
Please help, I am ready to fly!! ) |
