I have a phantom 4 and, sometimes, after the flight, I can not read the video file mov. What can I do?

Hi! Try to open the file in another video player . I would recommend VLC or something like that.

If the first recomendation doesn't work try to use another Micro SD card with faster saving speed. Hopes it helps ;)

If you have a good quality Micro SD card it shouldn't happen.

i use only lexar 633x and sandisk ultra. are they not suitable?

1. Lexar 633X Class10 16GB MicroSDHC UHS-I SD
2. Panasonic 16GB MicroSDHC UHS-3 SD
3. Sandisk Extreme 16GB MicroSDHC UHS-3 SD

The Lexar can sometimes cause problems, and the Sandisk Ultra is borderline in terms of speed, better to buy Sandisk Extreme Pro.

At least in Inspire 1 that can happen if you don't turn off recording in the app before turning off the craft.  Haven't tried in P4A though.

Are you sure you correctly turn off the recording? You should do so before turning off your phantom.
I've accidentally done so, and surely my file was corrupted. I recovered it with restore.media online service.
However, you can't recover broken videos each time this way (you'll go crazy I think), so either try a different SD card (faulty slot might be another cause) or a check your DJI, it might be there are some issues with power/connection to the SD card.
Let us know how it goes!

Even just complete some simple tests in the kitchen or dinning room without flying.
Start off with a really low resolution - 20 second clip and work up to 4k, see at what stage it fails.

That might help to identify the issue.

As stated could be the memory card and this could possibly help to highlight or identify the issue or process/procedure you are using.

Change to an approved branded genuine card and repeat.
