Hi, I am running DJI Assistant 2 1.2.2.845 under Windows 10 and have no problems connecting/updating the Air. However when I connet the RC, I only hear the PC dings.
A couple of weeks ago I read that another user was having the same problem but cannot find the post. Help please.
On a related note, I cannot find either the DJI link to see if there is a new version of the Assistant software. Where did the link hide?

I installed the driver and upgraded to 1.2.3 but have the same problem as before. Just dings...

I'd uninstall the latest version and install the older 1.1.2, then install the newer version of DJI Assistant 2, this may load the right drivers.

You can't connect the RC thru Assistant, Assistant only works to update the bird itself. RC, needs to be with DJI Go App only.

I uninstalled everything, then re-installed 1.1.2. Over that I reinstalled 1.2.3. The problem persisted.
I then reinstalled the driver. Problem still there. Just dings...

For me installing 1.0.7 and then upgrading to 1.2.3 was enough, but I ran the driver .exe anyway

I also started with 1.0.7, then 1.2.2.845 and it worked straightaway, updated to 1.2.3 a few days ago and it still works. I've also tried the 1.0.7 trick with Windows 10pro, and it worked perfectly.

I had the same issue -- with the help of @cyborg and @DJI Thor, it was solved TODAY in this thread;

Here's what worked for me:

Get the Driver from this location:  https://www.dropbox.com/s/a995tq ... dwin7win10.exe?dl=0

The DJI Assist 2 version I had installed was 1.0.7  at the time of driver install
DJI Assist 2 program was not opened
RC on and plugged into USB - now install the driver (RC beeped a few times and booted down during install)
After the driver install, DJI Assist 2 version automatically changed to 1.2.2.859

Reboot the RC if it didn't do it on it's own.

Hope this helps.

Not working, the problem is cdc acm data driver windows 10 it connect then disconnect then connect then disconnect........

Why this is still a problem Dji? I want to downgrade my firmware,but i cant,because DJI assistant doesn't recognise my RC.My MA is a mess,it is out of control,and i wanna try the 0.400 firmware.How the hell Dji doesn't offer a solution to this problem is beyond of joke. And i cannot get help from support!!!All i hear is that i should send my MA to repair...
