Hi, this may seem obvious but first step would be to power down everything and power back up.  Then recalibrate everything and see if it clears.

Hey Suryaa, has the drone been involved in the crash or hard landing before? If not, please reboot all devices or refresh the firmware to see whether the issue remains.

I had same error on new Phantom 4 pro +, i tried imu calibration, compass, sensor but nothing was helping. Then i tried installing another GPS module from working drone and it appeared to be the reason of this problem. Idk how it got damaged but fact is that it fixed this error.

I did same but still it showing navigation error ....
