I've tried already - doesn't help.

Furthermore, I've downgraded it to 1.60 firmware, then upgraded it again to 1.9.3.
I relinked it again - doesn't help.
The only thing I didn't succeed to try was to downgrade it to 1.80 firmware version.

Did you try to long press the image screen and drag the circle to tilt the camera? Please contact our support and start a case: http://www.dji.com/support

Long press tilting works fine!

Last time I've contacted your support it didn't help me at all. I will not send my RC to anywhere. DJI Germany support is a joke! They lost my time and money.

Still not resolved.

I've reset the remote using  C1, C2, and the record button - nothing's changed
I've reset to Factory Default using DJI Assistant - nothing's changed

Using the remote control firmware 1.60 and the previous Aircraft firmware V02.00.0106 I can tilt the gimbal, but I have problem with the image and with the drone connection

Unfortunately I can't downgrade RC firmware to 1.80, only to the versions below 1.80.

Please first update the firmware to the latest version. Then try this method: power on the RC, press C1+C2+Shutter at the same time, don't let go of your fingers, power off the RC. Then you can normally power on the RC. See if it works.
