Found one Australian dealer that had one for over $AUD500, nice guy..

The only other one I can find for sale is in USA and $USD220 plus $USD60 freight plus Oz Customs will charge me 10% GST on goods+freight from the USA  
makes it OZ Dollars $385+ !!!

Anyone know another supplier?

Have you looked at a cheaper GPS tracker, I use the Trackimo 3g.They only drawback with these is that you need 3g reception, but the range of tracking is unlimited if you have reception.
