Saturday morning at the reservoir.



The video is edited to the length of the song - yes, it ends that abruptly.  I really just wanted to use the song more than anything.

I can't understand why I can view videos from Vimeo but not youtube.  I keep getting the loading circle then error message.  Any idea what I can change to get it?  I'm using Chrome browser.

Try this and let's see if it will even work:

I copied and pasted and it tells me video does not exist.  Tried it in chrome and windows 11 browsers and got the same message.  I even went to youtube website and still says does not exist.

Running IE on 8.1 and the embedded video is fine, 720p is available in the settings.
It looks so calm and peaceful there...

Maybe I'll swap computers,  I am running windows 7 now but have 8.1 running the house.

Looks great on my laptop using Windows 7. Controls are there as well. Must just be an iPad thing. Can't watch it now, have too much work to do for the graduation.

I did nothing different in processing to this one than any other or actually every other video I have uploaded.  All done exactly the same.  I don't have any advice and I apologize for that.  I will go check the settings though.

It's not anything you did, it's DJI messing with the forum.  Now they have something to do to straighten it out.  I've been able to view your others perfectly, it's just since the chaqnges they have been making.

I like funky! Smooth as glass....looked like a good day for flying!

I like these embedded videos. They run right in the post window. Before, they would take me to YouTube.

DJI must have gotten my message.  I haven't changed my computer or any settings and now I can see your video.  Glass smooth water and ducks playing on the far shore.  Fantastic video.

Cool vide Chris! Smooth as glass is right! Looks like you've been getting in some great flying. No, nothing you did, just the new embedded video on my iPad. Didn't look very good and no controls. The new site hasn't been very friendly to my iPad. Watched it on my computer and it was great! Full 720p and the controls were there but it came up 720p by itself, I didn't have to change anything. Weather and gdaruation prep is keeping me grounded. I'll be glad when the graduation is over. Good video, thanks for sharing!

Thanks Gerry!  Glad you could view the video.  It was smooth as glass.  When I went back that evening, it was the same way - smooth as glass.  Just no useful video.

Well maybe you can share some insights with Birdfolk...he seems to not be able to see the vids either.

Since you're not afraid to fly over water, I want to see some very low altitude high speed runs just above surface!!!

Actually I edited out some of those from this vid as it is so smooth it is hard to tell you are moving until the background changes enough to catch your attention.

Why would I be afraid of flying over water?  A lot of the flying I do is over water.  I will reiew what I have and if need be will take some more to satisfy your curiosity.

I'm just afraid if it does go down in the water, it's gone.  Not even hope of repair if gone....and if it's salt water, it's gone even if you find it.

Gerry, I've had similar "glitches" on other websites as well.  Using Chrome, I've been able to get around those problems by opening up an incognito window.  (Exactly WHY it works I haven't been able to figure out)
