Hello NOOB here and I just placed my order for a Spark last Friday March 30 and it's sitting at "Authorized".  Support says I have to wait 10-15 business days to process plus shipping?  That's crazy.  I am leaving for a trip on 4/25 and I need to at least practice using this thing before I leave.  What's your experience with the processing time?  Should I just cancel and get it somewhere else but I'll end up paying more.
