I recently posted a photo from the Roosevelt Lake area. This is a view of the Catalina Mountains at sunset. Taken from Oro Vallet, AZ and stitched and processed from RAW files in lightroom. Had to really compress this to post here. The original is lovely and really shows up what the MPP can do with its little camera.

Wonderful panorama ! The images was a raw files but the question is: what's the difference with a jpg final image ? He tried ? Thanks

Starting with RAW I have much more control of shadows and dynamic range. When I turn it into a JPEG I get a better image.

Yes, It's a very large image and I really have to shrink it down to upload here... so the quality of the image is reduced and noise is added.

Having the same thoughts.
I have hiked and biked all around it. I live in PV.
If you decide to fly there. You need to call the Ernest A Love Field tower first since you are only 3 miles from the runway.

What are the rules regarding drones at Watson Lake? Is it a state park? It seems there a quite a few roads around it where you could get access.. after checking in with the airport of course.

It is owned  by the city of Prescott and is considered a city park. There is a $2 fee for parking .
As far as I know there are no restriction other then the FAA rules we are to obey.
The best place to fly would be at the  Dam breastworks.

Used to haul my kayak up there. Beautiful lake!

Was confused by the PV as there is one down hear but now know Prescott valley. but am down in Phoenix and must say i dream of getting footage like the OP but health issues now but soon will.
