When are you going to get draw for the Mavic Pro and Mavic Air I can really use it??

On the phantom for it has draw as intelligent flight mode I’m curious when you’re going to put on the Mavic pro and a Mavic air

Could you please explain what kind of flight mode that is, what it actually does?

It's a great flight mode - you draw a line on the device screen and the drone will fly that route at a preset speed and use OA along the route.

We need that. Come Dji add to the next update including waypoints

Not the one I want. Don't want to have to fly to the location and then set points from there, would like when take off set the co-ordinates and drone does it, kinda defeats the purpose for me

Although DJI is very keen to keep certain functions limited to their high end drones....

Yup is why you need to end up purchasing third party apps like Litchi to get those great functions that are just not there in the DJI app.

I see - like litchi. You can use an iPad with the DJI ground station pro app which has brilliant waypoint options. I sold my iPad so not sure if compatible with the MP but it should be. It worked perfectly with my P4P.

Hahaha - If I remember rightly he took about 15 minutes explaining how to put on and take off the props - I felt like a 3 year old by the end of it. This was before the Phantom 4 series and Mavic's were around - times have changed

I did look on ebay but seems like most guys that selling cheap there don't ship to South Africa or the Customs price does not make it worth while, by the way how reliable is the Litchi app and would it void the warranty.

Tried, said something about resetting on store and pc location and ip address but did not work out so i just don't mind now

Would be where your public IP you are coming from is registered.  So your home internet IP is probably registered as a US address.  Do a whatismyip.com and it should show the location of your IP.

And the way around that would be to VPN somewhere close to where you are that has the correct IP showing your correct location.

Yup. I use my laptop from home and get the proper location but desktop is a different story.

To get back on topic I herewith declare that I so far do not need -draw- as well as a number of the other already available modes. They might come useful occasionally, but my personal preference (and this is not a judgement! Just my personal preference) is to first learn flying as many maneuvers as possible manually. And when making a video I try to have a plan for it and to fly accordingly to get the footage for the story. I admit that this has so far worked out well only one time ;-) The video that I had made this way by coincidence was my very first aereal video even last year when I had my Spark for just one week and about one hour flight training. For reasons unknown to me, this simple amateur video since a few weeks is rocketing on YouTube and has passed the 21K klicks today after having been at just 7K about two months ago. No idea at all what is going on there and the statistics that I checked tonight are way behind the most recent developments (still at 10K) and can't give me an explanation.

Hi, it is not recommended to use the third-party apps, as you know, it is not tested by DJI, the compatibility and performance are unable to be guaranteed. Thanks!
