Is this camera tilting normal behaviour for the M.Air? There are two scenes where I am rolling left, braking and then right and braking. No wind at all.

That’s not your Aircraft it’s the gimbal, not to sure how fast you were flying but you could do a gimbal calibration it should help.

Yes it's the gimbal, this is what I meant.

Yep, nice footage. Try an IMU calibration too and check your props, especially the tips.

Thx bud. Trying to figure out whether this is normal behaviour before I start thinking of sending it back to DJI.

Props seem OK. Will do an IMU and gimbal and try hand moving it as I can't fly it in the house

Has mentioned above by Hallmark and ACW do a Gimbal calibration and imu calibration and check if this fixes the issue, I am sure nothing serious.

Just did an IMU and gimbal but I dont think there is a way to test it with hand movements unless I start running like a maniac

Hahahaha - nah, was going to say that won't give you true results. Best to wait until you are back outside and the drone is properly in the air.

Let's hope so. Is it though normal that the gimbal plays like that as I have shown in the vid?

Honestly - compared to a Mavic Pro that horizon is as straight as anything LOL But can be improved with the calibrations mentioned earlier. Wind is normally the main cause of horizon tilts and note that even a 2MPH wind on the ground can be 10-20MPH at 400' AGL - the higher you climb the faster the wind and the more impact it will have on the horizon tilt/gimbal as will the speed of the yaw and roll

Talking about the wind, here's the profile on that flight.

There you go mate. Given that wind speed I think the drone performed very well.

So, as per the recommendations, I did a gimbal and an IMU calibration. I still see tilting, but maybe this is normal behaviour. Looking forward to your comments (and also to the official DJI response of @DJDiana.

Hi Crazyant, from the video, it seems there is no problem. May I confirm that did your drone crash before or not? At the same time, please check all the original videos from the SD card/ internal storage of the Mavic air, do all the original videos the same or only this one different? Thank you in advance!

Hi Diana. Never crashed. All videos appear to be the same. Waiting for the other members here to confirm it's OK. So from DJI's perspective this is normal?

By building up your points mate by making posts and replying to posts and taking part in competitions that pop up. You’ll need 500 for level 4, 1000 for 2nd Officer, 2500 for 1st Officer and 5,000 for Captain. You get US$10 for every 1,800 you redeem. I’ve earn’t $170 so far - soon builds up the more you contribute.

One more off topic question, If you have certain points let's say 1800 and you redeem them then also your status will change from 2nd Officer back to lvl.1?

No, the point value will remain on your profile as will your rank/grade but you obviously can't redeem the same points again. Go into the points section of the forum under your profile and beneath your points in red (at the top) it will show you how many points you have redeemed to date.

By the way I think that the horizont is pretty stable on your shots. As already mentioned on Mavic Pro it was much much more worse. I had Mavic Pro now I'm on Mavic Air and Mavic Air is rock solid from horizont point of view.
