I have a problem with Mavic's batteries. Just loaded (4 green LEDs) I insert a battery in the drone seat, I press the button to turn on, but the 4 LEDs light up, but the drone does not start. How can I do?

With battery inserted in Mavic.  
  You press battery power button once and quickly release.  
  Then you press battery power button again, and hold it for about 4 seconds.  
At which point drone should power up.

Repeating process will power drone off.

Are you pressing once, releasing immediately then pressing again and holding down until all the LED's light up?

Yeah you need to hit power button twice, first time is just to show battery level then second time immediately after first will power on the bird.  Same way you do for the controller.

This is in the DJI quick start guide for the Mavic Pro

You have to press and quickly release the power button, then press and hold the power button again for two seconds. This powers on the craft. Vice versa powers off the craft. If something otherwise is happening you should call DJI Tech Support on Monday.
