Hi,
My brand new Inspire 2 failed to upgrade to the latest firmware. It always stops at 25%  . And it's the same issue whenever I use the Ios app or the Dji assistant. error code 0X152800
The Dji support is asking me to send it back for service. It's a huge problem for me because I can't send it via a normal courrier from my country. It's very complicated.
The X4s is working fine. But I want to use my X7.
So is there a trick that can make it work for me?

Sorry for the difficulties you are experiencing, could you please help to export the log file via DJI Assistant 2 for further analysis? Please find it in the below path and then upload to Dropbox or Google Drive and post the link here, thank you.

Is there another way to export the Log files?

This log will be more valuable for us to analyze, how about re-install the DJI Assistant 2, upload again and check if the log can be found? We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Dji mindy sorry for my misunderstanding but how do I upload/export the log files?
Are generated automatically or should I export them from Assistant2?
