Are you talking about the package delivery to the trunk of high-end cars?   Hmm, I can imagine somebody already thinking up a way to game the system, have an empty package delivered and while the car is unlocked a thief stands by to jump in and steal the car.

Vernor Vinge had Fed Ex delivering packages via small rockets to your exact location via smart device in his short story "Fast Times at Fremont High". I think that is pretty good prior art for part of the patent.
