I took this 360 pano today, is the black spot a result of the polarised filter or how the software fill up the sky?

in which program did you sew the photo?
You used DJIGO4?
If so, I guess. that the program itself will complement the panorama with 4-frames of the upper hemisphere.
I still will not try to sew in  DJIGO4, but I use AutoPANO Giga 4.4.

And me, in order to get 360, I have to draw the sky.

The Mavic Air do the stitching automatically when taking Astroid or 360 pano..

does  sew not Mavik, but the program DJI GO4. But I remember her such talent -   ability only when once again send all the photos on the PC ....

Mavic air sew "stich" all images.. I do nothing the stitched files will be stored on the mini SD card or the Mavic Air HD

Result. which I received from DJI GO4, disappointed me. Very weak picture in all respects. Yes, it works. But the resolution is very low and so on.

I found tips to help me glue the sky on my 360 panos.
