Hey all, so spring and summer is coming soon to central Canada, I haven't flown since last fall. Just curious if the failed firmware has been resolved for everyone or should I stay at the last stable firmware? I forgot which firmware number it was that was good before the new update that was screwing many people over. I don't want to start any war I just want to know if DJI released a new firmware to fix the props from pulsing during flight and those funky wind warnings when there is no winds and well grounding most people. Thanks

I update everything, whenever possible, and never had one single issue.

So it sounds like the bad firmware, I think it was version 600 is still around and nothing new since or is the a newer version? I rolled back after having issues with the last firmware that caused a ton of issues late last year. But yah whats the latest version for the p4 original?

Only those who fly faulty drones in the first place, ever have any issues with updating firmware.

Version 700 is available and is working well with no problems. Not sure why no one would answer your question though. And yes, I updated mine and it fixed all of the problems that 600 had.

Hi there, we always recommend that users upgrade the latest firmware because it's the optimization to the previous one, but that depends on you. If your drone's now performing fine and you don't want to upgrade it, that's okay. Thank you for your attention.

Yeah, and look where that got you and the company.... Thousands grounded, losing drones, to crashing drones. A few of us didn't fall off the turnip truck. Especially what happened last year many of us will be cautious before updating again....
