Why everytime I Go Live Stream (Facebook or Youtube) it seems fine but when I go find the video it is skippy all over the place.

Just to verify, do you mean that when looking back to the live stream video, it displayed very jumping, right? If so, it could be related to the internet connection and network speed. You can try another network source for checking. Please let me know if I misunderstood, thank you.
