Hello all,

As you should be able to see under my name is a Phantom 3. I also own an inspire but until recently noticed it wasn't under my account name and flight distance. On my DJI go app I have the inspire 1 connected to the same account as the phantom. I've uploaded my data to the cloud multiple times and still nothing. The really weird part is my flight distance, yeah on the forums it's the same as my DJI go app that my phantom has only done 10k while the inspire has done 6k. IF you notice those too distances added equals my total distance on the forums. So from that, I know that the data of my Inspire is been uploaded but the inspire is not under my name!

P.S if you're wondering why my flight distance is so low its because I don't fly that often and I only just got back into flying my Drones.

Hi Marsh, the devices under your Avatar is synced from activation server, did you activate your drone via your Forum account? If yes, please provide me the serial number of Inspire 1. Thanks.

I wouldn`t worry about the flight distance showing lower that is.

I'm a bit confused by what you mean however I have sent you a PM of the serial number

I wouldn`t worry about the flight distance showing lower that is. I fly mostly using the Litchi app, and mileage it is not recorded. Mileage is only recorded when connected to the DJI Servers, usually via the DJI Go app.

Hey DES, Im not worried about flight distance. Its the little drone icon on the forums. Under my flight distance. I own an inspire 1 but the icon isn't there

if you purchased the Inspire used then it is still registered to the original owner, and no there is no way to un-register and re-register. i to own an Inspire seen in my avatar picture. but no icon underneath

Kind of not true.  I bought my Inspire 1 used and it is seen under my username.  All the other items I bought new.

might not have been activated by previous owner.
ive had 6 inspires. 2 P3P, P3A, P3 4k, all used 2nd hand and none show.
my mavic does though and was bought used. that one i dont understand

I've never had a Phantom, but there it is on the left.

But how did the mavic show up since you didn't buy it new?
