Dear all,

I bought a Phantom 4 adv. in November, flew it only a few times and all the videos are shaky the last couple of days.

Please provide some hints to get this resolved or do I need to send this in.

Looking like a faulty gimbal yaw motor/gear, you shouldn't see the legs of the craft for so long, on mine they only show for a sec. if i do some aggressive turns.
I am afraid it is a return for rep. issue.

ok I will wait for some more comments and then I will send it back to get it fixed, though for me it looks more that the aircraft is shaky and the gimbal itself cannot compensate.

Have you tried aircraft firmware refresh, and calibration of IMU & Gimbal.

yes I have but no change.

Better hurry before warranty expires on all the gimbal and camera parts.  Only 6 months.

thanks but in Europe the Vendor warranty is 2 years and there is no exception! So I will send it in for repair.

No chipped or damaged props causing vibration ?

What is the tape on the legs for ? have you had a tumble ?

the caps were falling down in three areas and that happened throughout flights. I just put on the tapes to cover the caps gaps against wind but all that had happened already before the the video start shaking.

Hi there, did the gimbal calibration finish when you calibrate it? If you haven't sent the drone, please check if the gimbal will make a noise and the gimbal calibration fails at about 50%. If yes, you can provide me with your DJI email account, I will forward a beta for you to try.
Besides, just a word of confirming, did the drone crash before? If yes, please kindly send the drone back directly. Contact our support on the following page to start a case: http://www.dji.com/support

many thanks for your response and no the drone never crashed. And tonight I will test the calibration again. I also have ordered new propeller, if nothing works I will send in.  I also have a Drone 3 prof and when I compare both drones I can see that the the whole Drone 4 is shaky in comparison. (many thanks for your hints so far).

I have a Phantom 4 Advanced and it was fine when i put it away last fall and it did this right out of the case this spring.  Were you able to find a fix?
