I fly Mavic Air for a few weeks and almost lost it recently. The remote control suddenly disconnected with aircraft in around 100 meters range after 5min flight. The aircraft comeback in return to home mode and stay few meters in front of me. The remote control still unable to reconnect in this close range. It’s a cliff in front me and if the aircraft land I won’t be able to get it back. Finally I try switch off the remote control and restart. Lucky the remote control get connected after restart and save my Mavic Air. The battery of aircraft is over 60% after landing and remote control also has over 50% battery.

I use Epson BT-300 glass this time with the controller. It works fine before and after. I fly Spark some months before and never has this problem. I fully aware the radio range and interference issues because short range Spark. There is no interference spotted and weak signal before the disconnection. I face one time interference with Air before and can see it keep try to reconnect again and again. I didn’t completely lost control with the aircraft during the interference. But this time I completely lost video, data and control to the aircraft. I can’t do anything if unable to reconnect the aircraft. Anyone has any idea about what is wrong?

That's not the first time I lost control to my Mavic Air. Another case is with iPhone after 13 minutes flight. The aircraft is 38 meters high and less than 30 meters away from me. I switch off sport mode and turn on APAS for landing. At this time the 30% low battery warning appear. Suddenly the aircraft is not responding to my stick command.  The video and data link has no problem but the aircraft just not moving regardless I move both sticks to any direction. I can only press the Go Home command on app to call it back and it did respond in this time. After the aircraft fly back it also response to my stick command again. I wonder this is caused by issue of APAS system. There is no obstacle near the plane and it even not move to the side way as I commanded. Here is the flight records for checking.

Video of this flight. Last part is Air running on return to home mode. You can see it try to land in to the canyon. Luckily it stop in front me and I can reconnect again by restart the controller.

My MA suddenly disconnected again after firmware upgrade. It’s only 30 meters away and unable to reconnect even restarted RC. I don’t see any interference before. And fly to same spot again without any issue. I bring my MA to DJI support to check and they can’t find any problem. This is second time I lost connection with MA. Following is the flight log. If anyone see any something there please let me know.

It doesn’t show any disconnects on this log, it also doesn’t show switching to apas mode, I’m not sure if this is normally show, in logs.
Also missing any RTH . Maybe this is the wrong log.
