Last week my travel destination was this Magnificient rock I spotted on google maps, the challenge was to get near as there were no roads to it, but I drive and run the Mavic from a field some 4 km away from the target - the wind was moderate which scares me for a long run over the woods

, on top of it, some mist was forming. But I made it, cross the river and decided to go another way around home instead bac , decision presenting me an opportunity to spend last remaining batteries from the north side of the same ridge  



Again it was 4 km. away (later I saw a better start but had No batteries and car charge did not work??? )

But for me, those ware the best flights of the day

Just enough I was afraid of the wind not to lose my Mavic, but he came with some battery to spare so I run a circle over the river to deplete it - but had not enough time on site for filming apparently
Seriously - I have 14.5 km flight with 7 km away from me, But No climb and No wind And over the well-known field with plenty of emergency lending spots - Nothing like this here

Thank You, but planning wasn't good I saw now two locations significantly closer to the rock from both sides, but those do the job, not perfect but OK

The only way is to make a screenshot as Mavic cant shoot stills along filming
