hello i just pick up the mavic pro but not all my photos are being saved to the dji app or my cellphone, or do I got to sync them or whats the deal? is it a setting issue?
just want to make it simple to save my pics and video.

You have to allow the Go4 app access to your photo gallery then your photos should save.

Yea. while connected upload vid or pic then it will say go4 needs access . then you should be good

Why are you looking on the phone?  They should be stored in much higher resolution on the SD card.  Stuff the card in the computer and download them.

at least the first time..if you pressed no I think you should reinstall dji go

Hi Danny, the original videos and photos are saved on the SD card, as the floor 5# mentioned, if you want to get the higher resolution footage, please download it from the SD card. Thanks!
