same here... no channel data... well since 4.2.8... and can't change to 2.4ghz...
should i reset my spark? (i mean unlink it from my rc then re link again for 2.4ghz?)
Well, I wasn't able to find a solution so far. Here is what I tried : downgrade DJI GO 4 back to 4.1.14, reset the Spark to factory settings via DJI Assistant 2, reset the link between the Spark and the RC and pair them again (many times). After that I tried to downgrade the Sparks firmware, unfortunatelly, the oldest version I can see is .701, up untill now I used firmware .600 but I can't find it anywhere anymore and when I asked for help the DJI Support they told me that there is no bug in the App or firmware and I should send my Spark for repairs as it is probably broken ... when I argued that it all worked fine till I upgraded the App and the firmware and asked for an access to the older version of the firmware ... they didn't even bother to respond anymore and since I received a satisfaction survey yesterday I believe they closed my case without even trying to help me ... really dissapointed with their support.
Btw, could you try to break the link between the Spark and the RC and connect the phone directly to the Spark ? That's the only way how I can see the channel info, unfortunately, since my phone does not suport 5,8GHz I can't try switch the bands this way but since I am not the only one, it is clear that DJI indeed has some problem with their SW ... |
