Has anybody had the problem with their Phantom 4 pro disconnecting in mid-flight.
This third replacemnet of my Phantom 4 pro has been flying with very few problems the past three months then a couple of weeks ago I the camera image goes blank and I get a disconnect message. I normally have to turn off the controller several times to get it to connect again. This will happen even when I am less than 100 feet away from the drone.

Help please

Hi there, can the drone be controlled by the RC when the disconnected message appears? Which mobile device do you use? Does the issue occur frequently?

Unplug the USB connector from the device, and then plug back in.........don't turn anything off.

That's worked for me the couple times it's happened......it simply reconnects.

Thanks for the  help, I ended up replacing the cable too and it now works fine.

Thank you it ended up that all three cables I was using were faulty, got a new cable from apple ,problem solved.

Were any of the previous ones Apple made?
