Thank you for your video. Do you have spare filters? If yes, please try to change the filter and see if the issue persists. If yes, I am afraid you might need to send the drone in again. Sorry for the inconvenience.

if what you are describing is what I've seen termed "jello effect" then I would look for some part of the hard surface of the gimbal making contact with a hard surface on the drone. Its common on the Mavic Pro. Aside from that, I'm afraid 'Im not much help.

It seems that DJI is living up to their communist roots and have deleted my posts where I explained how awful their service is. It seems the curtain has been pulled back.
