I have something to ask. I am thinking it would be good to calibrate the imu every month. Is this bad for the imu to be getting constant calibrations. I mean, when you calibrate something you are changing it's parameters to make it work right.

No it is not a good idea. You only need to calibrate the IMU if there is a valid reason to do so.

Hi there, you can calibrate the IMU when the app asks you to do so or when the drone is flying unstable, the parameters are not correct etc.

Hello Thor, when I start up my P4 everytime there is a IMU redundancy switch warning. The ACC2 shows on. When I restart the Drone the warning does not appear and the ACC1 is on. If I fly when ACC2 is on the Drone is unstable but after restart when ACC1 is on the Drone flies stable. Everything is on the latest version and up to date. I also have done a IMU  calibration more than ones but is stays the same. Can you give some feedback on this please. Thanks.

So the IMU redundancy warning exists in every startup, right? Did the drone crash before? Is it possible that you make a video of this case which shows the startup of the drone, restarting it and the firmware info? I would like to have a check first. Thank you.

Hello Thor, thanks. You will see that on 49sec into the video the IMU redundancy switch warning comes up, just before I opened the IMU and compass screen.
