Not even close.  Not as long as MP.  For the air DJI Claims 21 mins.  That is with the most optimal conditions one direction same speed and that is to take it from 100% to less than 10% which you will never do or at least highly recommended not to.  If you land at say 20% you will get maybe 16-18 or so minutes.

21 mins is listed and realistically you'll get less then that.

Maybe you are getting confused with the Mavic Pro which is 28 mins.

Yup and even that most I ever got was 24 minutes and that was landing at about 15%.

I am getting just a tad more than your 16 min. Never more than 18. It is supposed to be normal.  21 is a theoretical number that probably is not doable under real flight conditions

Yes, as the floor 5# & 6# mentioned, it is normal to fly 16 mins on the Mavic air, no worries. Thanks!

16 minutes is exactly the average users are getting here.

Mavic Pro is listed as 27 minutes.

max. 17 mins at 18%
Anyway, I had a very strange situation with one of my three batteries. Heres is an enough hot spring, about 23-25 C. I wanted to fly with my Air with about  40%  powered battery, but I got a 'battery too cold, can not take off' error message. After charging it was O.K., but somehow I can't understand. I remember at the beginning of March here was about 10-15 C, and once I got the same error message, I thought it was enough cold to cool down below the operational temperature, but now it is another situation.

I average 14 mins. Maybe it's the wind or maybe I fly a little harder the max I have gotten is 16 but let me say I start bring it in at 35%.

16 minutes of actual flight time is common and normal for real world in fairly ideal conditions...    if i fly in position mode only and 0-2mph wind and im gently flying around, i get around 16-18 minutes avg.    if i fly full on sport mode end to end of my range and around things to drain battery i gotten it to go flat in as little as 9 minutes..

the mavic air definitely needs a 4 cell battery because it will age better over time since mavic air i think is little too power hungry for the 3 cell batteries and you can see this specially as battery starts getting weaker easier for it to drop percentages like a rock.. on top of that, alot more battery failures with mavic air vs mavic 2 for example.

16 maybe 20 minutes from my Air if it’s not pushed to hard. 28 minutes? No chance.

I have 5 batteries in total. Two of them are brand new and the remaining three are around 80 charge cycles now.
On the new ones I usually get around 16.5 minutes until 30% but on the old ones it's more like 14 or less with same battery level.

I got 16.5 mins on my batteries that where bought May 2018 when I push them to just less than 10%.
I only do this when I need to rebalance the cells, so i've only done it once so far.
Normally I get 14 mins of flight before landing at about the 20-25% mark.

Nevermind, I found in the manual where they drain automatically after 5 days. Why? Oh well I will deal with it.
