sent my MP to DJI for repairs, apparently the is no sn # for my controller, now when I first received my new MP some of the papers might have been left in the boxes,  is there a way that I can get the sn# for my controller?

CAS-1635310-L8S7J9  was the cas # and Diana I did not know that the controller had a sn #  thank you.

got it went and looked and I got it  thank you so very much Diana

I'm sure you had one on it when you bought it, but the serial probably rubbed off of the sticker on the back of the remote.  at least that's what happened to mine.
