battery will not charge first light will blink a few time then go out.  I tried using a Phantom 4Pro controller but counld not get it linked with drone
NEED HELP !!

In order to use the 4P RC you need to have a resent FW on it, then when in camera view go into settings, click on the RC icon and enter advanced to change AC type for the 4A.
Then after RC has been restarted you should be able to make the link.

Hey there, do you use the original charger? If yes, please keep the RC charging for a certain time to see whether it helps.

As for the linking RC, please make sure the right RC type has been chosen, then refer the tutorial video and try again.
