Hello, when the active tracking looses the subject the mobile 2 seems to recenter itself. Is there any way to stop this? I'm am doing something wrong?

2 different subjects (a bandstand structure and a guy playing the violin).

I have tried my Osmo Mobile and I don't have the same issue, actually, the subject hardly lost. May I have the firmware version of your Osmo Mobile 2 and the APP version? What mobile device are you using? Thank you.

I reinstalled the app this morning so it'd the latest version (Android)

Anyone else have a similar issue? My experience wtih active tracking is certainly not as stable as what i've seen online etc.

The issue will be reported to our engineers for more test, I will keep you updated once I hear from them, thanks for your patience.
