Address for repair!

I went through the entire process to request a repair.  I have the ticket information.  It is requested I send the drone in.  Unfortunately, they don't indicate an address to send the drone to.  I have looked and looked and cannot find where I'm supposed to send it.  

Please help.?

Hmmmm...That didn't happen.  Hopefully this thread passes by a DJI employee so I can get more info.

As I stated in the previous post I did not receive a UPS label.  I work in the tech industry so this isn't a case of he doesn't know how to check mail.  I simply never got a reply regarding my issue.

You should have received an email to inform you to download ups shipping label I also don’t see a case number unless you have it blanked out.

No I didn't mean to sound mean. I just am not the type that missed an email.  It simply didn't come and I don't know how to proceed.

You could try contacting a mod here, but it will help if you have your case number, you could try emailing back dji , but you won’t get a reply until at least Monday.

I was hoping a mod would help.  I don't see where to contact the mods directly and don't see an address at DJI that makes sense to ask about it.

support@dji.com , if you track down a mod just use the personal message under their avatar you will find them on plenty of threads, or they might just pop in here.

Rob, thanks for keeping us updated, please follow the email instruction to pack the drone and bring the unit to the UPS store directly. Our facility will take care of it when it arrives.
