We recently purchased the Osmo + and all the periferel extras which included two quad battery charging units. We did not receive any power cables for the two quad charging units or the Osmo+.

So since purchase we are not able to use the unit because we can not charge anything.

I've written 3 times to customer service and keep getting the same request sent back to me for more information. I fill out the information requested and send it back each time.

What is going on there that they can not seem to support their customers.

I desperately need a charging cord for the Osmo+ and two chargeing cords for the two quad battery chargers I purchased, or sadly I'll be forced to return the unit.
