Two of my three Mavic Air batteries are showing "Battery Signal Error".
The Air's status light is a solid red, "Critical Error", when used in the aircraft.
The charging dock displays a red light and no longer charges the defective batteries, though I can fully charge them direct from the charger. (There have been solid red lights on the dock in the past but reseating the batteries got rid of the problem and they charged successfully.)
There is no apparent damage to the defective batteries, all pins are present, straight and clean.
I have downgraded and upgraded the firmware DJI Assistant 2 using my good battery, but every attempt to refresh/upgrade/downgrade with the defective ones fails with "Battery power level must be greater than 50%. Recharge battery and retry.", presumably because the app does not know the actual battery charge level. A couple of pictures of screen shots below from the Go4 app, the first showing displays from the defective battery followed by the displays from the remaining good battery.
Why did this happen?
Is it likely to happen to my remaining good battery?
Is there anything that can be done to recover the defective batteries?
Any help or advice is welcome.
Thanks
