Hello DJI Forum

So yesterday i bought two DJI Sparks ($250 each) since they were on sale. When i came home it all worked fine just until i wanted to fly. The app says that the aircraft is locked, WHY? I've tried it with both drones now and it says excactly the same. It's on the newest firmware and i even tried downgrading the firmware without any luck! Can anyone help me since i REALLY want to get these flying?

Can you provide a screenshot?  That may help someone be able to help answer you quicker.

of course, i totally forgot that. I get the two bottom error messages when trying to lift off:

Have you signed into your app you must be signed in to fly ?

yes of course. I've tried multiple solutions and nothing works...

Try "factory reset" through DJI Assistant2 app.

Don't forget to refresh the firmware after resetting to factory default.

the first pic shows the message "compass error, move or calibrate the aircraft". So you should probably calibrate the compass, since if you dont do it, it will not let you take off (happened to me too, was fine when I did the calibration thing by following onscreen guide)

Hello, that error comes up because i'm in my office. When i go outside the compass error dissappears but the "Aircraft is locked" still occurs

also, it looks like you are under a roof of some sort?  start everything up with a clear view of the sky above, make sure your phone sees the sky without interference  as well as your remote and your drone. (since you are in Atti mode, and no GPS lock) your map indicates that your controller is off from the point of the drone. you need to double check your preflight check   good luck! Im off flying now!

Check all firmwares and update (refresh) the sparks anyway with DJI assistant 2
If i remember that right, it can be different firmwares, which will not work together
What is the screen telling, versions?

Already tried that

Search for "duml dore jezzab".  See if that app will help you.

DJI blacklisted the complete word, the combination of "DUML" and "dore".  lol

How do you make the map apear bottom left, using only phone as control.  I dont have the map.

Elgiganten in Denmark has them on sale for 1499DKK (~250USD). But since they were ripped off the shelves in a matter of hours i went to another electronic store called Power that price match all danish websites. So i just told them that i wanted the drone for the same price that Elgiganten sold it for and then a controller for only 1000DKK (~165USD)
