Hi

During a flight today on the beach I noticed the MA leaning to the left, causing the horizon line to appear crooked in the filming ...
is there any way to correct this during the flight?

Thanks

If your horizon is to one side that is a problem with gimbal even if MavAir tilts to one side gimbal should correct itself.
For the gimbal problem you could try gimbal calibration, with regard to aircraft tilting (was it wind?) if not it could be IMU you could try calibration for IMU as well.
It would help if you could put up a small video.

It was a bit windy, but I flew in worse conditions with Spark and none of that happened ... I calibrated the guimbal two days before flying, I did not calibrate the IMU, it did not seem necessary ...
would that be the problem?

Remember spark is only 2 axis.

Can you post an example of the footage to see the severity of the horizon tilt?

That's a shame. In that case I think Hallmark hit the nail on the head - calibrate the gimbal and IMU again - good luck

Anyway, answering your original question: there is a way to adjust gimbal roll during flight. It is done through the Gimbal settings menu as described here: https://forum.dji.com/thread-118954-1-1.html

That seems too much off the horizon, I agree.

I think calibrating IMU should help resolve the issue. But make sure to do it on a truly level surface.

That tilt is too extreme for a simple tweak using the gimbal roll. Complete the calibrations then do another test and lets see a comparative of the results. Check that there is nothing obstructing the gimbal too like a build up of sand... Did you take off from the beach using a landing pad?

Fabic, it seems to be the gimbal tilts. Please try to calibrate the gimbal on the app. Or like A CW mentioned on 18#, try to adjust the gimbal roll. See if it works.

I have a mavic air that flys straight, but when flying left or right, the roll axis doesn't compensate as much as the tilt of the drone. I have calibrated absolutely everything I can think of and even refresh the software on DJI Assistant, but the gimbal is still wonky when doing POIs etc.
