I flew my Spark on the 2th of March when battery was around 30% I lost control of the air craft . This was odd because it was only 20 - 30 meters away from me eventually the aircraft landed by itself but crashed when it landed because it landed on a boulder  . After this insenent I can still fly it but only with my moblie app , the controller still can't connect to it . I connected my local retailer (BUG) and they conntacted you - opened a case .  DJI Claimed that this was my fault and said that I flew the drone into an object... This isn't true there are 5 eyewitnesses , and there are no objects in the desert at that hight .  After googling a bit I found that this happens to other users (link) .

DJI please take responsablity for your bugs ....
